We are so sorry to hear you would like to return an item from your order! Please complete the form below within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please allow for 1-2 business days for review of your request.
If a return request is approved, customers will be responsible for organizing the return shipping to our Fredericton or Ottawa showrooms via the carrier of their choice. Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels. We ask that customers do not bring or send anything back to our stores without first getting approval from our team. Once the item is received, our team will complete a quality control review to ensure the item is returned in new condition. This process takes approximately three business days from the date of receipt.
Upon passing the inspection, refunds are made to the original method of payment less the 15% restocking fee per item and less original shipping charges. If you are seeking an exchange or credit, the restocking may be waived.

- Hardwired Lighting that is less than 32" in either height, width or diameter
- Small-size furniture (side tables, poufs, ottomans, and items under 15lbs)
