Please see the category tabs below to see if your item(s) are eligible for return. If yes, please complete the Return Request Form within 5 business days of receiving your order and allow 1-2 business days for review of your request. Our team will then provide you with further details on how to ship your item(s) back to us.
- Postmarked within 14 days of return approval;
- Unused & unassembled (if applicable);
- In original packaging, complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts
- Return shipping is your responsibility and we do not provide return shipping labels.
- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable

- Rugs 8' in width or smaller

All art (including custom-made) and mirrors are not eligible for return and are final sale. Please ensure you measure your space prior to ordering.

Please measure your space before ordering to ensure items will fit, including elevators, hallways, entryways, etc.

Order Modifications & Cancellations
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order should you need to cancel or modify it. If the order has already been shipped from our warehouse or the manufacturer, we are unable to cancel or make changes, even if you have not yet received your tracking number.
Orders cancelled after 24 hours will be charged a 5% processing fee.
For backordered items we will communicate with you on the lead time at the time of ordering. Once estimated timelines have been communicated to you, these items are not eligible for cancellation after 24hrs. Should the backorder date be extended beyond the agreed timeline, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Custom orders cannot be modified or canceled after 24 hours of placing your order.
