A positive customer experience is of utmost importance to us. We understand that you may change your mind and need to return and item. Please see below to learn about our return process.
Please note that items are subject to a 15% restocking fee that may be waived for a full store credit.
- Small Decor
- Pillows
- Plug-in Lighting
- Hardwired Lighting that is less than 32" in either height, width or diameter (must be uninstalled)
- Small-size furniture (side tables, poufs, ottomans, and items under 15 lbs)
- Clothing (no restocking fee applied, clearance items are not eligible for return and are final sale)
- Rugs 8' in width or smaller
- Rug Samples (store credit only)
If your item(s) are eligible for a return, please complete the Return Request Form within 5 business days of receiving your order and allow 1-2 business days for review of your request. Our team will then provide you with further details on how to ship your item(s) back to us.
- Postmarked within 14 days of return approval;
- Unused & unassembled (if applicable);
- In original packaging, complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts
- Return shipping is your responsibility and we do not provide return shipping labels.
- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable
- Custom or made-to-order items including upholstery, furniture, art, or lighting accessories or additional rods (please measure your space before ordering)
- Bedding (duvet covers, sheets, coverlets)
- Art & Mirrors
- Rugs larger than 8' in width
- Hardwired Lighting 32" or larger in either height, width or diameter
- Any Lighting that has been installed
- Large Furniture (sofas, beds, dining tables, armchairs, cabinets, sideboards, large coffee tables, and any other items over 15 lbs)
- Dining chairs and counter/bar stools
- Holiday/Seasonal decor
- Floor model, open box, clearance and final sale items
- Items damaged through normal wear, such as sun exposure, humidity, or other natural factors
- Normal wear and tear on upholstery (including pilling)
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order should you need to cancel or modify it. If the order has already been shipped from our warehouse or the manufacturer, we are unable to cancel or make changes, even if you have not yet received your tracking number.
Orders cancelled after 24 hours will be charged a 5% processing fee.
For backordered items we will communicate with you on the lead time at the time of ordering. Once estimated timelines have been communicated to you, these items are not eligible for cancellation after 24hrs. Should the backorder date be extended beyond the agreed timeline, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Custom orders cannot be modified or canceled after 24 hours of placing your order.
