• Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean, dry sponge or cloth. When needed, machine wash in cold water on delicate cycle using a mild, non-bleach detergent. Hang to dry or tumble dry using the delicate setting. Not all rug sizes fit in all machines. Visit the product page on loloirugs.com for more care instructions. For vacuuming, use a vacuum cleaner without a beater bar or set the bar to the highest pile setting. If your vacuum has variable power settings, set on low. Vacuum full length of the rug, turn and repeat to the next area, rather than a back and forth motion.

Returns

Rugs 8' and under in width are eligible for return, subject to a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee may be waived for a full store credit. Return labels for shipping are not provided.
